Talking Talent
Talking Talent are a niche coaching and consulting organisation that works with a wide range of blue chip clients to help organisations attract and retain female executives and work with them, their managers and organisations to manage the maternity transition. Talking Talent deliver many of the workshops, seminars and coaching sessions to Capability Jane members to support them in the transition back to the workplace after a career break. They also provide additional support to our clients who want to address specific diversity issues within their organisation.
X and Y Communications
X&Y specialise in "gender communications", helping blue chip organisations with their internal and external communications strategy that support a business objective of increasing brand appeal to women and increasing female market share. They are leaders in this field (a new field in itself) and their methodology is supported by proprietary academic research. We bring in X&Y when our clients are looking to address the marketing & communications side of gender diversity.
UK Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET)
The UKRC for women in SET works to significantly improve the participation and position of women in science, engineering and technology occupations to benefit the future productivity of the UK, and the lifetime earnings and career aspirations of women. It is the UK’s leading Centre providing information and advisory services to employers and organisations in the SET sectors and supporting women entering, returning and progressing in these fields.
