The Team
Sara Hill
Sara Hill is the Founder and Managing Director for Capability Jane, a company that helps organisations attract, recruit and on-board professional women returners. Before founding Capability Jane Sara worked as a Management Consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Stratevolve a Boutique Strategy House and held senior roles in Marketing and Business Development both in the UK and the US. Sara’s specialises in working with organizations to run diversity attraction and recruitment programmes to bring more women into under-represented areas of the business. She also works with strategic partners to develop bespoke consultancy programmes to help organisations move flexible working from policy into culturally accepted working practice. Sara is an advisor to both companies and government on gender diversity strategies.
Bella Mehta
Bella is an organisational consultant with solid experience in programme management and change management gained with Deloitte Consulting and BBC News. Bella founded her her own company, Enspiral Ltd, where she helps organisations who wish to engage their staff and address communication, leadership and diversity issues. Bella is the co-author of a best-selling business handbook for women, and an engaging speaker on career advancement and boardroom diversity. Bella is regularly asked to provide comments on diversity/women in business to the media, and publish articles about career success and satisfaction. In her private coaching practice she helps men and women address their own professional and personal development. Bella has a BSc (Hons 2.1), an MSc (Distinction), a Diploma in Humanistic Psychology (Advanced Change Management, Facilitation and Coaching) and is also trained in Transactional Analysis Counselling at the Metanoia Institute. She is a qualified Myers-Briggs Practitioner and a committee member for the Institute for the Development of Human Potential. She is also a member of the CIPD’s Senior Diversity Network.
Philippa Williams
Philippa gained extensive HR knowledge and experience during a successful 14 years in senior roles within Marks and Spencer Plc. She worked across the whole company from the flagship store at Marble Arch, head office and latterly in regional management as a senior HR Business Partner. Philippa has qualified as an NLP Practitioner and works with both individuals and businesses. In addition to expert HR, recruitment and retention know-how, Philippa has extensive practitioner experience in negotiating and implementing flexible working, implementing organisational change programmes and managing flexible teams.
Caroline Buckingham
Caroline is an experienced diversity Consultant, recruiter and project manager. She has
over 12 years of recruitment experience working in boutique Executive Search
companies. Four years ago, Caroline moved to Microsoft as the Recruitment Manager and
then moved internally into the diversity recruitment arena. Most recently Caroline has
been consulting for various IT organisations on their diversity strategy and supporting
them on both the retention and recruitment programmes.
Linda Baldwin
Linda is a very experienced headhunter and executive recruiter with a track record of
sourcing and securing talent across a broad variety of commercial industries. Linda’s
specific areas of expertise lie in Women Returners; Lateral Industry Hires; Managing
candidate attraction programmes; Managing talent pools; Researching, Interviewing and
Selecting candidates. Linda has successfully sourced top talent for various senior level
appointments for blue-chip clients across all functions a UK and international basis.

Penny West – Job and Organisational Design Consultant
Penny has over 25 years of commercial and consulting years experience behind her
having worked her way up from office junior to managing director in a variety of financial
services businesses by the age of 31. During the 1990’s Penny worked for Watson
Wyatt’s HR consulting team; specialising in organisation and role definition,
accountability mapping, performance management and merger integration, primarily with financial sector clients. She joined Aquarius in May 2000, and has continued to develop business and work with clients and others in organisation and role design, change,
capability development, talent management and the utilisation of web technology in HR.
